Malahide Partners, the capital advisory firm for technology companies, today announced that Hamad Sulaiman AlMohaimeed has joined its Board of Advisors.
Deal experience from both sides of the table
Hamad leads Value Creation and M&A at Foodics, the Saudi restaurant technology company, where he works across deal execution from sourcing through to closing and oversees the performance of acquired businesses. Before Foodics he spent three years as a management consultant at Bain & Company in the Middle East, working in the private equity practice on due diligence and deal execution for sovereign wealth funds, private equity buyers and sellers across the region. Earlier in his career he built and exited a consumer electronics business that grew to more than $1M in monthly revenue.
He also advises boards and executive teams on acquisitions and strategic investments, and invests in growth companies across the region, including Salla, TruKKer and Nana. He is the founder and chairman of Nuqsh, a non profit that mentors Saudi students toward the world's leading universities, and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Strengthening the firm in Riyadh
Based in Riyadh, Hamad will support the firm's mandates and help connect the technology companies it advises with the venture houses, family offices and institutional investors of the Kingdom.
We are delighted to welcome Hamad to the Malahide Partners Board of Advisors.
The comments were made by a spokesperson for Malahide Partners. Hamad's full profile is available on the Malahide Partners team page.
