When you book a call, submit a form, or otherwise contact us, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, mobile number, company, role, and details about your fundraising. We also collect standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through normal website operation.
We use this information to schedule and confirm calls, evaluate whether an engagement is a fit, deliver advisory services to clients, and send call confirmations, reminders and rebooking messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without separate consent, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
If you provide a mobile number when booking a call, you may receive call confirmation, reminder and rebooking messages by SMS or WhatsApp. Message frequency varies with your engagement with us. We use third-party service providers to operate our business, including scheduling and CRM (GoHighLevel), calendar and video (Google Calendar, Google Meet), meeting transcription (Fathom), internal communication (Slack), and hosting (Netlify). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
